The St. Elizabeth Seton parish Legion of Mary has invited us to participate in their weekly (9:30 a.m. Monday) meetings in order to gather the information needed to start a group here at St. Charles Borromeo. The church is  located at 9728 West Palmeras Dr., Sun City, near 99th and Bell.

— Perpetual Adoration —

Perpetual Eucharistic adoration is our response to Jesus’ love for us. You become a part of perpetual Eucharistic adoration when you spend a quiet holy hour of prayer in His Presence once a week on the same day at the same time every week, so that all of us, united together, adore Our Lord perpetually seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

If you have already submitted your Invitation to Adoration form, the PEA Organization Team will be contacting you soon to get you “on the schedule”.   If you have not already responded to Jesus’ invitation to “Spend One Hour With Me”, please complete an invitation form. Or, you may send an email with your name and phone # to scbadoration@yahoo.com.

— Adult Sacrament Preparation —

Registrations are currently being accepted in the parish office for classes to begin in September. The cost is $50 per person. More information is available by calling the office.

— Digital Age Prayer Line —

Parishioner Pauline Breeden has begun an Email Prayer Request Line.

It is quite simple to participate; simply email your request to her at

peebs21108@q.com with the words “scbprayers” in the subject line. Your requests will be forwarded to others in the database

Your email address will then be placed in the database to receive prayer requests sent to Pauline by others. Thanks for your interest!

— July Masses —

During the month of July Masses will be celebrated only on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays at their usual times.

— Give What You Can, Take What You Need —

A table has been set up by the choir area with household and food items.

We ask parishioners to assist by bringing an item or two weekly that they would like to offer to a fellow parishioner in need, and in return take an item which they may be lacking.

We know that God provides for all our needs, so please let him use your hands and heart in this parish ministry.
