¿Te gustaría aprender más sobre tu fe Católica? ¿Te gustaría regresar a la Iglesia y recibir todos los Sacramentos de Iniciación (Bautismo, Eucaristía, y Confirmación)? Si es así, tal vez te gustaría unirte con otros adultos (de 17 años en adelante) en el programa de RICA (Rito de Iniciación de Católicos Adultos). Nos reuniremos los martes de 7:00 p.m. a 8:30 p.m. comenzando el 2 de septiembre. Si estas interesado o tienes preguntas, favor de llamar al Diácono Joe a la oficina parroquial.

Educación Religiosa: Ya que se cerraron las inscripciones para las clases del 2008-2009, se les recuerda que por favor paguen las cuotas. Favor de hacer todo esfuerzo por pagar ya que necesitamos ordenar libros y útiles lo antes posible.

Envelopes

Please call the parish office if you receive offertory envelopes but do not use them, so that we may cancel your order. Favor de llamar a la oficina parroquial si recibe sobres para las ofrendas y no los usa para cancelar su orden.

Coupon Exchange

Are you looking for ways to cut your shopping bill? Why not share coupons with your fellow parishioners! Look for our new coupon trading box in the church foyer. The idea is to take coupons from the box that you can use and to add some that you can’t. Many of us get the Sunday paper but only use a handful of the coupons, now you can share the ones you don’t want by exchanging them for some you do. Restaurant and store coupons can be added as well. If you don’t want to participate but would like to share those Sunday coupons anyway, please feel free to put them in the large envelope beneath the coupon box and we’ll cut them out and add them to the box for you. Gift Shop manager Ida Griffin has begun a punch card program; Buy any item, get the card punched, and soon your on your way to a free item! Also, there is a new supply of beautiful lace mantillas in both black and white in different styles at surprisingly affordable. prices. And as always, volunteers are needed to help Ida’s “Gift Shop Dream” come true

Religious Education: Now that the registration for our 2008-09 classes has ended, you are reminded that the registration fees are now past due. Please make every effort to pay for these fees since we need to order books and supplies as soon as possible.

RICA

RCIA: Would you like to learn more about your Catholic Faith? Would you finally like to come back to the Church and receive all the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation)? If so, you might like to join other adults (17years old or older) and join us in the Parish RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) Program. We will be meeting on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30PM starting September 2. If you are interested or any questions/concerns, please call Deacon Joe at the Parish Office

Knights of Columbus Day at Chase Field Sunday August 24, 1:10PM : Diamondbacks v Marlins Upper Level Infield $10 (Regular $15) Lower Level Bullpen $20 (Regular $25) The first 5,000 Kids will receive a D-backs retro Lunch Box All kids can run the bases after the game. Your Knights of Columbus will take orders for tickets after all Masses. You can also order and pay for tickets anytime at the Church Office. Note that the actual tickets can then be picked up at the Church Office after August 4. The Knights will also distribute the tickets after all Masses on 9 and 10 August. All checks must be made payable to: KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS

Very Successful Rummage & Food Sales

RE Registration

Registration for Religious Education: There will be an extension  up to June 27th. to register your child./ren in our Parish Religious Program. This will be for all grades , 1st to 12th.. There is also a fee to cover books and other materials need throughout the year. The fee for one student is $50.00 and for two or more students in the same program the fee is $100.00( ex: Grades 1to 6th, Junior High and  Senior High). There is also an additional fee of $20.00 for each student preparing to receive any sacrament this year. Please remember that unless you have paid the fee or at least part of it, your child is not registered in our Parish Program. You can register your child/ren in the Parish office during the week. Please remember we will not be taking any registration forms after Friday, June 27th. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Deacon Joe at the Parish Office.
