Our Parish Religious Education Program is need of Multiple-Use Paper, 8.5″X11″size to be used in producing material for our students. Please drop off any packages to the Parish Office.

We also have a New Series of Educational Videos that we would like to use in our Junior/Senior High School Program. The reduced cost to the Parish is $ 185 dollars. If you could contribute any part of this amount, we would be deeply appreciative.

Parish Festival: We are in need for parents/guardians to sign-up to work in our Religious Education Booth for Nov. 1st and 2nd. There has been a Sign-Up Poster outside of Reid Hall for the past two weeks and no one has signed-up as of yet. Please remember without your help we can not participate in the Festival .Thank You.. Attention Parents/Guardians: This coming Wednesday, October 22nd. and Thursday, October 23rd.; there are only Religious Education classes for those students preparing to receive Sacraments this coming Spring. In other words, classes are only for those students who are in their second or third year of our Parish Religious Education Program. If you have any questions or concerns please call Deacon Joe at the Parish Office. A Reminder: These classes are mandatory for students preparing to receive Sacraments. If a student is not present, he or she may be dropped from the Sacramental Preparation Program this year.

Coupons

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, clipped and traded coupons for the Parish coupon box. For those of you who haven’t tried it, I invite you to take a look and see how many ways there are to save on your grocery, retail and restaurant bills. The coupons donated have already blessed so many others including military families overseas and the St. Vincent de Paul Ministry. So please continue to donate your Sunday coupon inserts or any coupons you don’t want and pick up some that you do. Grief into Hope

Dealing with the loss of a loved one can be very difficult.  Coming together for support and consolation can help.  Join us every Wednesday, beginning October 1st, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  Ms. Minnie Olguin Rahn, a certified bereavement facilitator from the Diocese of Phoenix, will guide the group. Parish Library

Father Gonzales would like to start a Parish Library. If you have books with Catholic “themes” which you would like to donate, please drop them by the Parish Office at your convenience. Parishioners could browse the selections and borrow a book and return when finished.

Choir

Anyone who would like to join the choir is welcomed to come to practice every Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Jerusalem Room. We will be singing at the 10:00 a.m. Mass every Sunday. Call Maria for more information at 623-322-3868.

SVDP

Your gifts to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul was a special prayer for the poor who have so little possessions. Especially during these difficult times, when every effort to help the less fortunate is especially needed and appreciated. Your gifts totaled more than $1166.00. Thank you.
