Minister for the Sick

The parish has been asked by Banner Boswell Medical Center to assist in the ministry to the sick. This will help relieve St. Clement of Rome’s ministers of some of their overwhelming participation with Catholic patients. Chaplain Larry at Boswell will train if necessary. Religious Education

164 students have been registered for the Sacramental Preparation Program, Faith and Life. Classes will begin Wednesday, September 16 at 6:00 p.m. Parents and children are asked to gather in the church for a presentation of the Called to Protect Safe Environment class, introduction of catechists and assistants, and room assignments.

Priest Convocation

Father Gonzales will be joining his fellow priests in Convocation at Little America Inn in Flagstaff, AZ Monday through Friday, September 14 through 18. No Masses will be offered at St. Charles that week.

Choir News

The choir of St Charles is in need of need more female and male voices. Also, the help of anyone who can play the piano or organ would be very useful. Experience is not needed.

Parishioner Pauline Breeden is hoping someone can take notes of Father’s homily. She is hearing impaired and would appreciate the assistance. She will provide writing instruments. If you would like to help, please call the office.
